Shagun Lifafa is a digital shagun and gifting platform.
Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before using our services.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Once a transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Transactions that are pending or failed during processing are not considered successful and will be handled under the refund policy.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only in the following cases:
- The payment was successful but the shagun/gift was not delivered to the recipient
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Transaction failed but the amount was debited from the user’s account
3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Incorrect recipient details entered by the user
- Successful and completed transactions
- User negligence or misuse of the platform
